Gorilla trekking, the source of the Nile and Kampala’s busy markets. We prepare and submit the Uganda e-visa so you can focus on planning the trip.
This checklist is for Pakistani passport holders applying from Pakistan. If you live in another country, the requirements can be different, so message us first.
5 things we need from you to start
- CNIC (front and back)
- Passport front page and second page
- Recent photo with a plain white background
- Your email address
- Your mobile number (WhatsApp)
These five are compulsory for every application. Please send clear, colour scans that show all four corners of the page. Blurry or cut-off pictures are the most common reason for delays.
Other documents for the Uganda e-visa
Depending on your profile, the Uganda e-visa may also need the following. We will tell you exactly which ones apply to you:
- Return air ticket
- Hotel booking or invitation letter from your host in Uganda
- Bank statement
- For business trips: invitation letter from the Ugandan company
Good to know
- Uganda announced in October 2026 that a yellow fever certificate is no longer required for entry. The WHO still recommends the vaccine, so getting it is a good idea.
- Print the approval letter and carry it with your passport.
