1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Rawaani International provides:

Visa application and consultancy services
Flight booking assistance
Hotel booking assistance
Umrah arrangements
Study visa guidance

We act as an intermediary. We do not own airlines, hotels or embassies, and the final decision on any visa rests with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

3. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information and genuine documents
Send clear copies of the documents we ask for
Tell us promptly if any of your details change

An application can be delayed or refused if the information or documents provided are incorrect or incomplete.

4. Bookings and Requests

All bookings (flights, hotels, visas) are subject to availability
Prices may change with market conditions until a booking is confirmed
Submitting a form on our website is an inquiry. It does not confirm a booking.

5. Payments

For all visa services, you pay 50% in advance when we start and the remaining 50% later.
For e-visas and sticker visas, the second 50% is paid after your visa is approved.
For premium consultancy (UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Turkey and Japan), we charge a consultancy fee for preparing your file. Embassy, visa centre and other government fees are paid separately.
The fee for each service is shown on our website or confirmed to you on WhatsApp before you pay.

6. Refund Policy

E-visa and sticker visa countries listed on our Visas page: if your visa is not approved, we refund 100% of the amount you paid, including our service charges, with no deduction.
Premium consultancy (UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Turkey and Japan): the 100% refund policy does not apply. Our consultancy fee covers the work of preparing your file, whatever the embassy decides.
Refunds are sent through the same method you used to pay, or another method agreed with you.
Flight and hotel bookings follow the cancellation and refund rules of the airline or hotel. We explain these rules before you book.

7. Visa Decisions

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or immigration authority.
We prepare and submit your application with care, but no agent can guarantee approval.
If an e-visa or sticker visa is refused, our refund policy in section 6 applies.

8. Third-Party Services

We work with airlines, hotels and booking platforms. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or errors caused by these third parties, but we will help you deal with them where we can.

Hotels booked through the Agoda search box on our website are booked directly with Agoda. Payment, confirmation, changes and cancellations for those bookings follow Agoda’s own terms and the rules of the hotel. We may earn a small commission from these bookings, at no extra cost to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

Apart from the refund described in section 6, Rawaani International is not liable for:

Travel delays or cancellations by airlines or hotels
Losses caused by third-party providers
Problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer

10. Communication

By using our services, you agree that we may contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your inquiry or application. We only contact you about your inquiries and services.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use the website for illegal activities, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content without permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the logo, design and text, belongs to Rawaani International and may not be used without permission.

13. Changes

We may update our services, prices or these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
