Study visas for Europe are national visas too. Germany, Italy, France and others each have their own process, but the core file is similar.
This checklist is for Pakistani passport holders applying from Pakistan. If you live in another country, the process and documents can be different.
How Schengen study visas work
- Study visas for Europe are national (type D) visas. Each country sets its own rules
- An admission letter from a recognised university or school in that country
- A passport valid for your planned stay, with blank pages
- The national visa application form of that country
- Proof that you can pay for your studies and living costs
- Health insurance and proof of accommodation, where required
Documents usually asked
- Academic transcripts and degrees
- English or local language test results, as your university asks
- Fee payment receipt, if your university requires it
- A blocked account or sponsor documents, depending on the country
Good to know
- Germany, for example, often asks for a blocked bank account, while other countries accept regular bank statements. We check the rules of your chosen country before you apply.
Our consultancy fee
Every country needs its own file, prepared in its own way. Our consultancy fee for Schengen visa files starts from PKR 60,000. Embassy, visa centre and other government fees are paid separately.
- 50% advance when we start your file
- 50% later, once your file is complete and submitted
Please note: our 100% refund policy applies only to our e-visa and sticker visa countries. It does not apply to premium consultancy for the UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Turkey and Japan.
