Most UK work visas, such as the Skilled Worker visa, start with a job offer from a UK employer that holds a sponsor licence. Once your offer is in place, we help you prepare everything else.
This checklist is for Pakistani passport holders applying from Pakistan. If you live in another country, the process and documents can be different.
What GOV.UK requires (Skilled Worker visa)
- A confirmed job offer and a certificate of sponsorship (CoS) reference number from a UK employer with a sponsor licence
- Your job title, annual salary and occupation code (shown on your CoS)
- Your employer’s name and sponsor licence number
- Proof of your knowledge of English
- A valid passport or other document showing your identity and nationality
- Tuberculosis (TB) test results, because Pakistan is on the UK’s TB test list
- The application fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge for each year of your stay
Documents you may also need
- Evidence of personal savings (bank statements), unless your employer certifies maintenance on your CoS
- A criminal record certificate if you will work in education, healthcare, therapy or social services
- Proof of relationship for a partner or children applying with you
- Certified translations of documents not in English or Welsh
Good to know
- We do not arrange jobs. We prepare your file once you hold a genuine certificate of sponsorship.
- Your job must be on the list of eligible occupations and meet the minimum salary rules.
Our consultancy fee
Every country needs its own file, prepared in its own way. Our consultancy fee for United Kingdom visa files starts from PKR 55,000. Embassy, visa centre and other government fees are paid separately.
- 50% advance when we start your file
- 50% later, once your file is complete and submitted
Please note: our 100% refund policy applies only to our e-visa and sticker visa countries. It does not apply to premium consultancy for the UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Turkey and Japan.
