Most Canadian work permits need a genuine job offer, often backed by an LMIA from the employer. We help you prepare the application once your offer is confirmed.
This checklist is for Pakistani passport holders applying from Pakistan. If you live in another country, the process and documents can be different.
What IRCC requires (work permit)
- For an employer-specific work permit: a genuine job offer from a Canadian employer
- A copy of the employer’s Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), or an offer of employment number if the job is LMIA-exempt
- Proof that you meet the requirements of the job, such as education and experience
- A valid passport
- Biometrics, and a medical exam or police certificate if IRCC asks for them
Documents usually needed
- Employment contract
- Degrees, transcripts and experience letters
- An updated CV
- Proof of funds for your first weeks in Canada
Good to know
- We do not arrange jobs. Be careful of anyone who sells LMIAs or job offers. We prepare your file only for a genuine job offer.
Our consultancy fee
Every country needs its own file, prepared in its own way. Our consultancy fee for Canada visa files starts from PKR 60,000. Embassy, visa centre and other government fees are paid separately.
- 50% advance when we start your file
- 50% later, once your file is complete and submitted
Please note: our 100% refund policy applies only to our e-visa and sticker visa countries. It does not apply to premium consultancy for the UK, USA, Schengen, Canada, Turkey and Japan.
